I first discovered Scurry Dog at a “come and have a go” session at a local country show. I was immediately struck by how engaged and enthusiastic my dog Duggee was during the activity, and how naturally the exercises tapped into their instincts.
That experience sparked my curiosity and led me to want to learn more about what Scurry Dog training truly involved.
 After attending several sessions, I quickly realised how effective the approach was. I loved that Scurry Dog training requires very little equipment, is easy to adapt to real life settings, and focuses on working with a dog’s natural behaviours rather than against them. It was engaging, practical, and enjoyable for both dog and handler.
 As I began looking for the next step in developing my business, I discovered the Scurry Dog Instructor course.
What really stood out to me was the depth of the qualification. This was not a quick, online only course. The training involved live Zoom sessions, extensive coursework, practical assignments, and detailed troubleshooting.
To qualify, I also attended a five day residential camp where instructors were assessed through hands on practical work and real world teaching scenarios.
The instructor camp was an incredibly positive experience, spent learning alongside like minded professionals who shared the same passion for ethical, engaging dog training.
The level of knowledge, support, and practical teaching made this one of the most valuable courses I have completed for my business.
